This is a simple, primarily read-only website. I do not use it to build mailing lists, send marketing emails or collect information about visitors for advertising purposes.

No family-history records or research information are stored on this website.

When You Contact Me

If you use the contact form, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, subject and a short message.

That information is used only so I can read and respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are sent to my email account. I do not add your details to a mailing list or use them for marketing.

If We Decide to Work Together

If you later choose to work with me on family-history research, you may share information such as family records, certificates, photographs or other genealogical material.

I do not store this information on this website or in Squarespace. I use Ancestry.com as my primary research platform, where the family tree and the information we use to build it are held.

You will be given access to your tree as we work together, and everything added to it remains part of your family research.

Confidentiality

Family-history research can involve personal or sensitive information. Anything you share with me is treated confidentially and used only for the purpose for which it was provided.
